RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to feel completely at home in your Durga pieces. But we understand that sometimes the fit may not be quite right.

If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to let us know that you would like to return it.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at customerservice@durgayogawear.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Your order number
The item(s) you would like to return

You do not need to provide a reason for your return.

We will send you the return instructions.

Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must send your items back within 14 days of your notification.

RETURN CONDITIONS

You are welcome to try your Durga pieces on at home, just as you would in a store.

We simply ask you to handle them with care.

Returned items should be unwashed, undamaged and, where possible, returned with their original tags and packaging.

Please take particular care to avoid make-up, deodorant, perfume, body oils or other marks while trying on your pieces.

If a garment has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, resulting in a reduction in its value, we may deduct the corresponding diminished value from your refund, where permitted by applicable law.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipment using a courier or postal service of their choice.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been completed.

Durga does not charge additional return handling fees or deduct a fixed return shipping fee from your refund.

REFUNDS

Once your return reaches us, we will carefully inspect the items.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notification, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

For a full withdrawal from your order, we will refund the amount paid for the returned items, including the original standard delivery costs.

If you selected a more expensive shipping method, such as express delivery, any additional cost above our least expensive standard delivery option will not be refunded.

For partial returns, the original delivery costs will not normally be refunded unless required by applicable law.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

EXCHANGES

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or colour, you can return your original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the piece you prefer.

All new orders are subject to product availability.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Every Durga piece is checked with care before being sent to you.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us at customerservice@durgayogawear.com as soon as possible, including your order number and photographs showing the issue.

We will assist you in accordance with your statutory consumer rights and cover the necessary return shipping costs where applicable.

Your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, including the applicable two-year guarantee for consumer goods, are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal and are not limited by this policy.
